Info stated that I had a payday loan n when I ask for the info so I can contact the payday loan company n the guy I spoke with is JOHN SMITH he stated that he can't give me that info n I ask what month day and year did I apply for a loan n what date did he deposit the money into my acc and he said before august and told him that he have to give me more info..and that I keep all bank statements and that I'm gona get back with him after I check my all my bank statements ...JOHN SAID THAT IT NOT GONA SHW UP ON MY STATEMENTS....

Mark as Useful Says that he is with BCI, Buearu of Criminal Investigations and that a crimal action was brought against my social security number and that if I do not comply that I will go to jail. They call my work and my cell numbers and are very rude. I have since lost my job and they still call there.

Mark as Useful They have been calling me multiple times a day- sometimes up to 15 times a day, twice within an hour! This has been happening over two weeks. This past week, they even called me on Saturday and Sunday! When I click "ignore" on my phone, it goes straight to my voicemail and I can hear people, even someone calling my name. But whenever I answer the phone call, I get no answer. This is driving me nuts!!! they wake me up and keep me up! PUNKS!
